On the 9th December the Military & Blue Light Veterans (MBLV) had their annual Christmas Dinner.
The evening was held in the Hostal Rural, Turre and was well turned out. Around 80 people attended and sat down to a 3 course meal, followed by some games and a raffle comprising of 52 prizes.
The donations made on the night allowed the following donations to be made to local food banks at a very important time of the year:
Albox North and South food banks each received €775.
Arboleas food bank also received €775.
An impressive total of €2,325!
